Villa Kayakoy is located in Fethiye/Kayakoy region. Our villa with detached pool has a wonderful natural look with its stone architecture. The back of our villa is based on a lush forest. Our villa is one of the quietest villas in the region. Our villa is conservative and sheltered. Our villa with a private pool is invisible from the outside. We have 4 more villas with the same architecture and features of this villa. Large families can rent several villas side by side if they wish. It is in the region of Kayaköy Ancient City, which is famous for its world-famous and historical Greek houses. It is also close to Gemiler Beach. Villa Kayaköy, which is intertwined with nature, is ready for our guests to spend the most peaceful holiday days with the nature surrounding it. Our villa is 2 km from the Historical Ancient City and 5 km from Gemiler Beach.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. It has a capacity of 6 people. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, there is also a communal WC on the ground floor.

There is a carefully prepared pavilion and swing for our guests by the pool.
Unlimited internet, fireplace in the villa and barbecue by the pool are available.

The pool is filtered and overflowed, pool and garden maintenance is done regularly every day.

Pool: There is a sheltered private pool in the garden. The dimensions of the pool are 7.75 m x 3.80 m; depth is 1.60 m. Pool & garden and maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the morning or evening.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2,000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

Important informations:
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Since our villa has a location in nature, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility, it is quite natural. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Infrastructure works can be done periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
