• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected upon check-in and is fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages.

• Short Stays: Reservations for 7 nights or less are accepted with an extra cleaning fee of 4000 ₺.

Pool Heating Note:

• Pool heating is not included in the price between May 15, 2026, and October 18, 2026.

• If heating is requested during this period, an extra fee of 3500 ₺ per week (subject to change based on the period) will be charged. The heating fee is calculated based on the number of days of stay. Guests requesting pool heating must contact the agency 3 days prior to arrival.
